The cost is $40. Please make your check payable to Day Middle School. Scholarships are available; please reach out to your child's guidance counselor or homeroom teacher if you need assistance.You will need to send in two permission slips to the school with your payment, and fill out Treetops' online waiver (below). We've sent the permission slips home with your child, but here are links to printable copies if your child forgot to bring them home:
